HomeWorks is Utah’s Title IV-E Child Welfare Demonstration Project. The goal of HomeWorks is to enhance parents’ capacity to safely care for their children in their home and safely reduce the need for foster care in Utah. Click here for an Interim Report on the progress of this important program.

Child and Family Services Plan, Federal Fiscal Years 2015-2019

More commonly known as the “Five-Year Plan,” this plan is required by the federal government. For accomplishments related to goals listed in the Five-Year Plan, see Annual Progress and Summary Report dated June 30, 2016. Our Final Report for 2010-2014 and CAPTA Update for Federal Fiscal Years 2010-2014 is also available.

Regional Program Improvement Plans

As part of our continuing improvement process, the Office of Services Review conducts the Case Process Reviews and Qualitative Case Reviews in each of our regions on an annual basis. You can find the latest Case Process Review and Qualitative Case Review reports on their website. Our regions prepare Region Program Improvement Plans in response to the findings of these reviews.
