The mission of the Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) is to keep children safe from abuse and neglect through the strengthening of families. If you need help, have questions, or would like to share concerns about your own experience with DCFS, please take the following steps:

CPO is an independent office created to investigate complaints about DCFS. They work to address any concerns by working with DCFS to facilitate solutions and strengthen service delivery. You may contact CPO at any time.
