Aftercare support can help with rent, bills, housing deposits, vehicle purchase and maintenance, and other crisis situations. Qualifying youth are those who:

• Emancipated from foster care at or after the age of 18; or
• Obtained legal custody and guardianship or were adopted after your 16th birthday
